Creamer in dispenser behind front counter found with internal temperature of 50*F. PIC stated the creamer was placed in the unit around 9:00 AM and moved it to another cooler for cooling and continued cold holding. The dispenser will not be used for cold holding creamer until it is able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
