Observed gap at the bottom of the back door. The establishment shall maintain all outer openings to the business closed/sealed to prevent the entrance of pests into the building. Discussed installing new door sweep or weather stripping at the gap with the person in charge. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.112 - Core: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pests Addl Notes: Observed multiple dead insects located in employee restroom and in storage cabinets underneath the 3-compartment sink. The establishment shall remove dead insects as they are found to prevent further attraction of pests into the establishment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
