Advised the person in charge (PIC) that when serving a HSP (Highly Susceptible Population) only pasteurized eggs must be used, except when baking or hard-boiling. The PIC stated they ordered pasteurized eggs and were provided unpasteurized eggs. Pasteurized eggs are available onsite and will be used for HSP side of establishment.
