Observed gallon milk and single service strawberry and chocolate milk in walk cooler at 50-55*F. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. Milk was placed in self service walk in cooler in area unable to maintain temperature to keep Temperature Control for Safety foods at 41*F. Product was discarded by person in charge. New location in walk in located to store new product that can be maintained at 41*F. No other TCS foods stored in location not holding at 41*F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
