Observed no fecal-vomit kit or procedure on the premises of the establishment. Person in Charge (PIC) stated they do not have a kit or procedure but do have bleach on site. Provided PIC Vomit and Diarrhea Clean up Guidance on site and PIC located a bottle of chlorine bleach and properly stored it in a nearby office. Written procedures for clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events are required onsite at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed some food items in the walk in cooler with no date marking. PIC stated that all foods in the walk in cooler were prepared 1-3 days ago. The items were: leftover Bolognese (3 days, 37*F), leftover pork roast (1 day, 39*F), cut, washed lettuce (<1 day, 39*F), ricotta cheese (<1 day, 40*F) and tiramisu (<1 day, 39*F). Advised PIC that all RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
