Inspector's notes
Observed large soda syrup spill in the soda dispensing room in the back of house. Boxes of to-go cups were being stored directly on top of the spill at time of inspection. Discussed cleaning frequency with PIC. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed employee lunches and open cans of energy drinks stored in the walk-in cooler directly over RTE beverages. Discussed designating a lower shelf and large cambro with a label as a space for employee food to be placed while preventing contamination to food/beverage beneath. PIC moved food and beverages to a safe storage are at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
