Discussed with person in charge importance of keeping food-contact surfaces properly sanitized and clean to sight and touch. PIC made sure all food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
