Observed accumulation of organic matter on soda nozzles at both drive-thru and self-serve soda fountains. Per manager, nozzles are to be removed and cleaned nightly. Reviewed proper washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of nozzles. Manager replaced nozzles at time of inspection. SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
