Discussed with PIC Leslie that the following items will need to be corrected prior to 1/26/2024. Items were noted during an OC inspection for the kitchen on 1/19/2024.1) Remove the RO system prior to Friday 1/26/2024. RO system was installed without a remodel permit and requires an RPZ backflow device. A condemned sticker was placed on the RO system. Discussed MCESD's legal action requirements with the RO system being installed without prior approval and no backflow. 2) Repair the drain line for the prep sink. Observed water leaking from the drain line. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
