Observed chef pick a small piece of paper off the ground with a gloved hand and then without first washing hands observed the chef touch the walk-in refrigerator door handle, enter the walk in refrigerator, and return to the grill to resume cooking. Observed a chef crack raw unpasteurized shelled eggs with gloved hands into a pan at the grill. Then without first washing their hands observed the chef wipe their hands on a wiping cloth, touch handles of scoops for ready to eat foods, and handle a bun for a sandwich. Observed a chef scratch their face with a gloved hand and then without first washing their hands and changing gloves observed the chef handle a tortilla and resume cooking.
