Observed ice chunks and buildup on walk-in freezer floor. Observed large buildup on refrigerant lines. Discussed removal of all ice structures in freezer to prevent any future damage to freezer unit. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
