Observed some organic matter on the inside of a soda fountain nozzle at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles frequently enough to prevent the accumulation of organic matter in the soda fountain nozzles. The person in charge removed the nozzle in question to be washed, rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
