This inspection was conducted per request of the ground keeper for the school, Gary to verify hot water has been provided to the hand sink in the cafe. The hand sink in the coffee shop has been provided with hot water via an inta-hot. Noted the 3-comp sink is directly plumbed to the sewer. The 3-comp sink was indirectly discharge to the floor sink at permit issuance. Please provide indirect connection to the sewer by . FC 5-402.11(A)__ ware washing sink cannot be directly plumbed to the sewer.
