Inspector's notes
Observed demo employees with gloves serving open food with no handwashing sink available within view and within 25 feet. Observed handsinks for demo stations located around the corner from the demo station, obstructed by retail cold holding display cases and a walk-in cooler. Also observed one handsink located more than 25 feet down aisle from demo station. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Hand sinks must be centrally located, visible, and directly accessible within 25-feet of all food and beverage workstations/areas. PIC relocated handsinks to be unobstructed and within 25 feet of all demo stations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Repeat violation (2nd consecutive).

Inspector's notes
Observed the demonstrators with gloves serving open food and drink and no hand washing sinks available. Observed further into the inspection hand washing stations down isle more than 25 feet and not in the line of sight of the demonstration booth. Also observed the hand wash sink in the back demonstration area blocked and without paper towel. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Paper towel was supplied to the back hand washing sink and PIC provided demonstration booths with hand washing sinks within 25 feet and were stocked with soap and each booth had paper towels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

No County legal action will result from this inspection.Of Note: Discussed with PIC to ensure when using demonstration the mobile hand washing sinks shall be located within 25-feet of all work stations, food preparation, food service, in bars, wait stations, ice machines and ware washing areas without obstruction (i.e. a door) and directly accessible. A sticker, sign, or poster is required to remind food employees to wash their hands.
