Inspector's notes

Observed an active leak from the seam along the inside and outside of the walk-in refrigerator. Observed water pooling inside and outside of the unit. PIC relocated all food items to opposite side of the walk-in and had employee mop up pooled water. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection. // Observed a shut off valve downstream from an AVB with water actively running into the shut off. AVB was connected to a chemical dispenser via hose. Educated PIC that no shut off valves may be continuously installed downstream from an AVB. PIC removed the shut off valve at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
