Observed meat debris at the bottom of the handwashing sink basin and a large stone knife sharpener in the basin of the sink. Items were preventing the sink from draining efficiently and the basin was filling faster than the water could flow down the drainpipe. Reviewed hand washing sink requirements and restrictions. Person in charge had employees remove the knife sharpener and clean the drain screen at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed meat slicer, meat cutter and meat grinder all stored as clean with debris still on the food contact surfaces. Reviewed proper wash, rinse, and sanitize process with person in charge. All three pieces of equipment were disassembled and re-cleaned thoroughly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
