Inspector's notes
Observed two containers, one of grilled peppers and the other of cooked onions stacked on top of one another in the standing fridge located in the prep area of the facility. PIC was informed that lids should be placed on top of each individual container rather than stacking them to prevent contamination. PIC properly covered containers and placed them back into the standing fridge at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
