Observed raw shelled eggs and packages of raw chorizo stored above gallons of milk and cases of beer in the reach in refrigerator. Also observed two cases of raw shelled eggs on top of two cases of beer in the walk in. No cross contamination was observed and PIC was asked to reorganize food so that food is at the bottom.
