Inspector spoke with owner via phone to inquire about operating hours and to schedule a routine inspection. Arrived at establishment for scheduled routine inspection. Observed no hand sinks in the establishment; establishment was closed at time of inspection and person in charge indicated the kitchen would be closed until January 2024. Observed no open food or employees at time of inspection. Person in charge indicated they are in the process of replacing the hand sinks and they will arrive and be installed next week. Person in charge indicated they would stay voluntarily closed and not handle food until hand sinks are installed and operational. Person in charge indicated they would contact the inspector for routine inspection next week. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
