Observed missing tile near fryers filled with liquid and debris. Also observed gaps in tile grout throughout kitchen and prep areas. Discussed repairing tile and having grout resealed to ensure a smooth, easily cleanable surface. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.114 - Core: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter Addl Notes: Observed unused, empty, nonworking ice machine in back prep area. Manager is unsure if machine will be repaired. Discussed repairing or removing machine from establishment to help prevent the attraction of pests. Must remove all unnecessary items from establishment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food.
