Food contact surfaces must be clean to the sight and touch. PIC stated that the machine has been out of order for 2 months and that they had an out of order sign on it which was ripped apart by a customer during an altercation. The machine in question has only been in use for ice dispensing. PIC was instructed to put a "Out of Order" sign for the unit at the time of inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
