Inspector's notes

Onbserved tht ambient temperature inside single door refrigeration to be at 42-46*F with external digital reading of 36*F. Food items in side including hot dogs, shredded chicken and relish observed to be at 41*F. Equipment must be at a temperature that holds food at 41*F or lower. Person in charge completed a work order for repair. All Temperature Control for Safety foods were moved to other refrigerators. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Will return on or before August 28, 2026 to verify refrigeration unit is able to hols food at 41*F
