In the left kiosk cooler, observed an open container of employee's ice cream being stored on the top shelf of the cooler above a container of pepperoni and container of mini hot dogs. To ensure food safety, prevent physical contamination and the transmission of disease; employee eating, drinking, beverage storage, and using tobacco must be done in an approved area. Person in charge (PIC) moved food at time of inspection to below RTE foods and will maintain a designated employee food and drink storage area. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
