PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B), P: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding. Observed 3 cases of Simply Orange Juice and 3 cases Simply Lemonade stating keep refrigerated placed on rack in dry storage area temping at 82*F using a probe thermometer. Person in charge stated they had received the juices 2 days prior to the inspection and was unsure of how long they had been out of temperature. Person in charge voluntarily discarded the juices at time of inspection. Embargoed Simply Lemonade and Simply Orange Juice. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
Core-6-501.114, C: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter. Observed an outdoor grill, and hand wash sink in walkway area near entrance to the establishment. Discussed with person in charge that to be able to cook outside they would need to apply for a outdoor cooking re-model permit.
