Ambient air temperature of cooler measured 47.8'F with min/max thermometer. Per person in charge cooler had been holding under 41'F at opening, <4 hours prior. TCS food was able to be temporarily moved into other working refrigeration within kitchen. Person in charge will contact company to service cooler. TCS foods shall be held at 41'F or lower when cold holding. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
