Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed non-commercial stove/oven combo installed by personal use refrigerator in the back of the storage area. Per person in charge the stove is only used for personal use. Nacho Cheese and precooked corn warmed and hot held in individual crockpot style warmers. Ensure stove is not used for any food preparation for customers. Expansion of menu requiring commercial cooking equipment would require a remodel application.
