The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items comply. Education was provided on the addition of food additives and dietary supplements during the inspection. Right now, there is a flexible tubing coming from the drain opening, that drains into a tub. This is not an approved way to dispose of waste water. Please provide rigid piping going to the floor drain prior to next routine inspection. No violations noted at time of inspection.
