Did not reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit for hot water sanitizing. Dishwasher had bottle of quat sanitizer connected where there should be detergent. . Ensure proper chemicals are used and that you have a high temperature dishwasher testing device (max/min thermometer or thermal stickers) to ensure at the point of the dishes the water reaches at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
