Observed no sanitizer testing strips available for their chlorine sanitizing solution at the establishment. Inspector used personal test strips to verify that the concentration for the chlorine sanitizer was within the appropriate range of 50-100 ppm for chlorine and the sanitizer was within the appropriate range as indicated by the strips. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A reinspection will occur in 10 days or no later than July 25th, 2024. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
