Inspector's notes

Observed quat sanitizer concentration level at the 3-compartment sink that was testing over 400 parts per million according to the sanitizer testing strips. Person in charge manually diluted the sanitizer in the sink by adding more water and after adjustment, the sanitizer was testing between 150-400 parts per million as indicated by the testing strips. Person in charge reached out to a technician to service the sanitizer dispenser. Discussed with person in charge to manually adjust the sanitizer and use the test strips to ensure that the concentration is at the correct level between 150-400 parts per million for the quat sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
