Observed no quat sanitizer testing strips available for the sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink. Inspector used personal test strips to test sanitizer and sanitizer was testing between 150-400 parts per million for the quat sanitizer. Discussed with person in charge to acquire sanitizer testing strips. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A re-inspection will occur within 10 days or no later than June 12th, 2025. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

The Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge to regularly utilize test strips to ensure that the sanitizer concentration stays within the appropriate range of 150-400 parts per million. Discussed with person in charge to dilute sanitizer and verify concentration with testing strips. Person in charge reached out to a technician to service the 3-compartment sink dispenser. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
