PIC stated that the items were received fresh and for sale. Frozen chicken and fish were also removed from their original package and repackaged in clear plastic bags, per the PIC, with no label. Informed the PIC that they do not have the necessary permit and therefore, are in violation of operating above their permit. Informed the PIC that a certified Food Protection Manager need to be present at the establishment at all times.Conducted inspection alongside RS#1392.Re-inspection scheduled for 10/30/2023.
