Observed handwashing sink closest to the front of house with the hot water valve not operating and providing hot water to the fixture. Hot water was available at all other handwashing sinks at the establishment. Per PIC, plumber had already been called to service handwashing sink. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed handwashing sink closest to the front of house to not be properly draining, causing sewage to back up through floor drain when faucet is turned on. Per PIC, plumber had already been called to service handwashing sink. Discussed with PIC ensuring all handwashing sinks are operational and that all plumbing is in good repair. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to re-inspection on 02/21/2025. Corrective Action: Correct prior to 02/21/2025.
