Inspector's notes

Observed two water dispenser coolers stored on clean rack with lids on and liquid remaining inside. Per Person In Charge water dispenser coolers are washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried on rack. Items were brought back to ware washing area to re-wash rinse and sanitize and PIC will ensure they are properly air dried.
