Inspector's notes

Observed several bottles of liquid daytime and nighttime cold and flu medicine stored above bags of candy at the checkout area. Informed PIC that all medications and chemicals must be stored below any food items. PIC removed the medicines at time of inspection. All medicines must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All medicines were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

In the walk in cooler downstairs that is kept to store extra food for the establishments, observed no light available making it difficult to see what is the unit.
