Observed bartender handling dirty glass ware, checking out customer checks, and loading dish washer, between tasks pour and serving new customer beer, no hand washing was observed. Hand washing must be conducted to avoid transmission of noro virus from customer to customer. Discussed with manager, corrected with hand wash.
