Inspector's notes

Observed food debris on the inside of the microwave and air fryer. Non-time/temperature controlled for safety food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency and thoroughness to preclude the buildup of dirt/grime, food debris, and organic material that may contribute to an accumulation of microorganisms. Person in charge (PIC) indicated they have not prepared any samples today and staff are supposed to be cleaning these surfaces immediately after use. Discussed verifying that equipment is cleaned after use. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
