This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.*Of note: Observed portable fridge with buffalo chicken dip with a measured ambient temperature of 49.8*F using a min/max thermometer. The internal temperature of one of the buffalo dips was 41*F. Person in charge lowered the temperature of the fridge indicating that they raise the temperature to defrost the unit occasionally. Person in charge indicated the fridge does not have a defrost system and they would monitor the temperature of the fridge to ensure it can maintain time/temperature controlled for safety foods at 41*F. A copy of the inspection report was emailed.No County legal action will result from this inspection.On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees.
