Observed hand wash sinks and three bay sinks with cold water but no hot water available. Person in charge states that electrical problem is preventing the water heater from being functional and will be fixed next week. Discussed with person in charge about boiling water to wash hands and equipment of which they agreed they will be doing till the electrical is fixed.
