Per PIC the popcorn was made under permit MF-14-0419 and sold to this facility to create caramel popcorn. Discussed with PIC the popcorn will need to be sourced from an approved food production permit, providing an invoice, and food production permit number at next inspection. Also discussed PIC can make popcorn under their own permit and provide invoice for purchase of popcorn kernels at the next inspection. Facility may be subject to violations and possible embargoing of product if properly sourced popcorn is not procured.
