In the back middle reach in cooler, observed several flat breads with cheese and tomato sauce at 54*F, Garlic and herb cheese spread at 55*F, Several hard cheeses at 54*F, spinach artichoke dip containing cheese and milk at 50*F, and jalapeno artichoke dip with cheese and milk at 53*F. All foods that had been in the unit overnight were embargoed. See attached embargo form. A shipment of foods was received 20 minutes prior to inspection. Foods from that shipment went into the adjacent cooler. All cold holding temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods are to be kept 41*F or below. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
