Inspector's notes
Observed thick organic buildup on the inside of the soda dispenser nozzles. Discussed with person in charge regularly cleaning the soda nozzles. Person in charge removed the soda nozzles in question to be washed rinsed and sanitized. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed no sanitizer test strips available for the chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizer was tested using personal test strips and was within the appropriate range of 50-100 ppm for the chlorine sanitizer. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Discussed with person in charge acquiring test strips prior to re-inspection. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
