Conducted an onsite advisory regarding physical space and equipment capabilities for a shared kitchen. Establishment does not have sufficient equipment or capacity for storing TCS food, prepping/cooking, and cooling as a shared kitchen. The person in charge stated new higher capacity cold holding equipment has been ordered and will soon be installed. The establishment does not have a cooktop or ventilation hood for cooking or frying.
