Observed no hand drying provision at both hand washing sinks in the bar area and in the back of house near the ice machine. All cold holding temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods are required to be kept at 41*F or below. All foods were placed in unit 2 hours prior and were placed in walk in cooler to cool.
