Inspector's notes

Observed chemical sanitizing dish machine that tested 0ppm with chlorine test strips. After further investigation it was discovered that the incorrect chemical was hooked to the sanitation line. The establishment did not have any extra to use. The person in charge sent staff to get more from another location at time of inspection. Staff was instructed to use 3 compartment sink until repairs could be made. Discussed with the person in charge that the chemical dish machine should test between 50-100ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
