Establishment currently has "Briotech" Hypochlorous acid sanitizer and disinfectant currently installed in the mechanical sanitizer dispenser at the 3 compartment sink. The only test strips available currently are quat test strips. Inspector will inform Operator if this sanitizer will be safe to use, but until test strips for this chemical can be provided, please do not use. Staff is switching to Clorox bleach and must obtain bleach test strips used to test sanitizer levels for warewashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
