Observed yogurt stored in the cooler next to the hot food area with a temperature of 45F. The PIC indicated it was placed in the cooler prior to opening, 3 hours prior to inspection. All TCS food products must be kept at 41F at all times. The PIC adjusted the cooler in order to get the yogurt down to 41F. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
