Observed Y-valve attached to mop sink with AVB in closet near bathrooms. Chemical dispenser and hose were attached to Y-valve. The installation of a Y-valve on a faucet with or without an AVB is prohibited, the system is not designed, constructed and installed according to law. PIC removed Y-valve at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
