Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. PIC remade the sanitizer concentration at time of inspection to measure at 50-100PPM chlorine. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
