Inspector's notes

Observed sink and surface sanitizer dispensing out of the automatic sanitizer dispenser below the manufacturer's recommended range of use. Alerted staff who plan on hand-dosing sink and surface until their automatic dispenser is serviced. A service order was placed at time of inspection. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. A picture of the maintenance receipt and/or a notation that the equipment was fixed can be sent electronically via email along with a picture of the sink and surface test strip in the correct range. A reinspection will occur in 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
